When data junkies .id decided to expand their market from government to commercial products, they approached Flint to rollout the new direction online.
Flint took up the challenge, developing strategies that established .id as recognized experts in their field.
Website content was packaged to become the thing that users are interested in – providing relevant, engaging solutions, not just product information or one dimensional evidence.
User participation was encouraged through integrated social media, and a dedicated Community portal section, permitting users log-in access to a demographic resource centre.
Building the website on Flint’s CMS system provided flexibility to the creative and a powerful way for the client to manage their content. We integrated the blog using WordPress to provide the obvious advantage of what WordPress provides – a fully-featured blog platform – which integrates perfectly with Flint’s own CMS system. Our system drew content from their internal software system to help power the community of products out in market.
